What Do You Think Of This Stamp?

Hi Everyone,

My Father-in-law has this which was given to him by a friend at the US State Dept. My understanding is that it commemorated 50 years of the Czech Republic and they were trying to get out of the Soviet Union at the time. Is this worth anything?
