How much are Oman stamps worth?

I have an envelope with two stamps on it, sent airmail from the Sultante of Oman to the manager of the midland bank in Ludlow in 1983.

The values are 150 and 200
I alsoi have a large envelope of other foreign stamps here!
where do I start regarding valuations?
