GPO stamps November 1963?

I have found some stamps in a silver case. I do not know much information about them. The silver case has a green shamrock and it says Stamps in the front of it.

The stamp book itself is blue and has some wording on the front which says ''GPO stamps, 12 at 3d; 6 at 1d 6 at 2 1/2d; 6 at 1/2d. 5/-'' Also, inside it gives me a date, November 1963.
I am going to upload pictures in hope that someone will be able to help me figure out the value of it.
