British One Penny Front British One Penny Reverse

This is a British One Penny stamp in kind of bad condition with a heavy postmark and the perfs cut off on the right side. It looks like someone wrote the number 33 on the reverse side. I collected stamps when I was a kid and cannot remember where I ran across this stamp some 45 to 50 years ago but I did stick it in an envelope and just ran across it while cleaning out some old files. For all I know it is some counterfeit stamp or replica from some promotion. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Additional Information
by: Anonymous

I found some additional information about this stamp after the original post. This series of stamps was produced between 4/1/1864 & 12/3/1879. The plate number is 123 as shown in the scroll work on each side of the stamp. The B & I on the corners indicate the position of the stamp on the sheet. Due to the section that is cut on the right side and the heavy post mark, it appears that the stamp has little value. The 33 handwritten on the back coincides with this being catalog item #33 in the Scott postage stamp catalog.
